By accessing or using the services provided by NoBull Plumbing & Heating ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website and in-person services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
NoBull Plumbing & Heating provides residential and commercial plumbing and heating services across New Hampshire and Vermont. This includes, but is not limited to, emergency repairs, installations, maintenance, water heater services, and renovations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Upfront Pricing and Payment
We pride ourselves on honest, upfront pricing. We will provide an estimate for the cost of services before work begins. By authorizing us to proceed, you agree to pay the quoted amount upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other standard forms of payment.
4. Service Warranties
We guarantee our workmanship for a specific period as detailed in your service invoice. Parts and equipment installed by us are subject to their respective manufacturers' warranties. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, pre-existing conditions, or acts of nature.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBull Plumbing & Heating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any work performed on your property. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those specific services.
6. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the work area, ensuring pets or minors are secured away from the workspace, and accurately representing the condition of their plumbing or heating systems to the best of their knowledge.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the states of New Hampshire and Vermont, without regard to conflict of law principles.
